PROTECTING YOUR LOVED ONES WITH KIDZ PARADIZE

With the ongoing pandemic, many of us are extremely concerned about protecting our loved ones against COVID-19, and other viruses and diseases. It is definitely concerning and alarming, especially when our younger kids may have tested positive, or we are trying to prevent the spread amongst the most vulnerable groups in our homes, like the elderly or unvaccinated children.

In my personal recent experience, having one child who tested positive for COVID-19, it was crucial for me to keep the other members of my family protected, and thankfully, I had my products at hand to help make the process that much easier!

Disinfect, disinfect, disinfect!

Now, one of the most important things to do to prevent the virus from spreading within your home is to constantly disinfect your space. I cannot emphasise enough how important the disinfecting process is, as clearly, we all know that transmission can occur through contact. So I had ensured that we had bottles of Nature’s Shield easily accessible in the house so that everyone can keep sanitising their hands. Though my COVID-positive child was isolated in his room, he did have to use the common bathroom, meaning, he would have to leave his room. So each time he did, we made sure he uses Nature’s Shield post-bathroom visit, and that the area and surfaces he came in contact with were cleaned with either our Fresh or Citrus All-Purpose Disinfectant.

While our disinfectants are commonly used with the Nano Atomiser, you can also conveniently add the disinfectant liquid to a pail of water and simply mop your floors or clean doorknobs and handles with it. Be sure to thoroughly disinfect any surfaces that can be exposed to the virus!

Inhale & apply your essential oils!

Several of our products are also well-suited to help your body feel better and give you much-needed relief from the effects of COVID-19. I had provided my son with Nasal Soothe, Vapour Blend, Immunity Guard Essential Oil and Eucalyptus Essential Oil.

With the product compositions of ingredients that are meant to boost one’s immune system and to provide relief from cough and cold symptoms, these combinations of products were quite helpful in making the COVID process that much more bearable, and comfortable. I had encouraged my son to regularly inhale the Nasal Soothe to help ease the nasal congestion he had and to apply the Vapour Blend regularly on his chest.

I also chose to give him the Immunity Guard Essential Oil as it is more potent and concentrated, and he applied it directly to his feet and inhaled it. For younger kids, you may want to consider adding the essential oil to our Carrier Cream or to use our Immunity Guard rubs or blends instead.

Another essential oil that is quite helpful is the Eucalyptus Essential Oil, as it helps alleviate chest and nasal congestion too, so you can consider alternating between the essential oils, or topically applying one, and diffusing the other.

Healing internally

Our products are designed to provide some symptomatic relief, but it is also extremely important that you take proper measures to ensure your body is cared for properly. Vitamins and supplements can be helpful in these situations, depending on your body and well-being, and of course, if your doctors have recommended specific medications to help you get better, please do follow their advice accordingly. It is also extremely important to eat well and healthy, and stay hydrated.
